- Full payment or a confirmed purchase order is required to secure a group booking.
- The minimum group size of 20 must be maintained at the time of visit. If the group falls below 18 guests on the day of the visit, standard individual pricing will be applied to the entire party.
- Groups arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled entry time may be accommodated at the museum’s discretion based on availability.
4. Ticket Policy
Non-Refundable
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. The museum does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, illness, death, or failure to attend. In the event of inclement weather, state of emergency, or the museum cancels or closes on a ticketed date, guests will be offered an exchange for an alternate date or a full refund.
Non-Transferable
Tickets are non-transferable and are valid only for the named ticketholder where applicable, or for the specific date and entry time for which they were purchased. Tickets may not be resold, exchanged, or gifted to another individual.
5. Late Arrival Policy
Guests should arrive at the time of their designated ticket entry time. However, guests who miss their scheduled timed entry slot will be subject to the following conditions:
- Re-entry is not permitted once a guest has exited the museum.
- Guests who arrive late for their scheduled timed entry will be accommodated on a walk-in basis at the next available session, subject to capacity.
- No refund or exchange will be issued due to late arrival.
- For timed ticketing sessions that include a film experience, guests who arrive after the film has begun will be permitted to enter the museum floor directly but will not be able to join the film mid-screening. The film is strongly recommended as it enhances the overall museum experience.
6. Identification Requirements
The following ticket categories require valid identification to be presented at the point of entry. Failure to produce valid ID will result in the guest being charged the standard adult admission rate prior to gaining admission.
- Active Military & Veterans: Valid government-issued Military ID (active duty card, DD-214, or equivalent).
- Monmouth University Students: Current, valid MU student ID.
- Monmouth University Employees: Current, valid MU employee ID. Complimentary admission applies during Fall and Spring semesters only; standard rates apply during Summer and Winter sessions.
- Seniors (65+): A government-issued photo ID displaying date of birth may be requested.
7. Code of Conduct & General Admission Guidelines

- No food or beverages are permitted in the exhibit galleries unless otherwise designated.
- Flash photography and the use of tripods or monopods are prohibited inside the museum unless expressly permitted.
